Current location
Stadthaus, Gubelstrasse 22, 6301 Zug, 3. OG Ost
In her artistic practice, Roma Inderbitzin places particular emphasis on materiality. She draws inspiration from craftsmanship, tools and design elements, creating works that range from graphic and abstract to figurative and realistic. Clay sculptures form just as much a part of her oeuvre as graphite drawings and oil paintings. Inderbitzin’s work is also shaped by her contacts with other artists. Her own career has taken her to the Zurich University of the Arts and to different places all over the world. This includes stays abroad in Japan and the USA and Cairo in Egypt for a studio grant from the Swiss Conference of Cities for Culture. Roma Inderbitzin has her studio in the city of Zug.
