Matthias Moos Smiley Boje 2025

Matthias Moos’s artistic practice is particularly well represented in the field of media art. Many of his works offer playful combinations of digital technology, temporal processes and shifts in perspective. They alter our view of the everyday, open up new levels of experience and question the economic, technological and social developments of our time. Moos’ toolkit includes algorithms, audio and video editing, and artificial intelligence. He uses the latter in particular to shed light on the current flood of AI programmes in a critical and, at times, humorous manner. Moos is a member of Atelier63 in Zug and his works are exhibited both nationally and internationally.
