Matthias Moos Relatable: Phony Fruit Edition 2017

Matthias Moos’s artistic practice is primarily situated within the field of media art. Many of his works feature playful combinations of digital technology, temporal processes and shifts in perspective. They alter our view of the everyday, open up new layers of experience, and critically reflect on the economic, technological and social developments of our time. Moos employs tools such as algorithms, audio and video editing, as well as artificial intelligence. He uses the latter in particular to examine the current proliferation of AI programmes in a critical and occasionally humorous way. Moos is part of Atelier63 in Zug, and his works are exhibited both nationally and internationally.
